Keep the product in its original packaging along with all documents confirming the purchase and refund. You will need this for further communication with us and the payment system.
Check the email you received after placing your order. It should contain information about the status of your order and the expected delivery date. Keep in mind that even if we ship on time, carriers may delay your delivery for a number of reasons, peak seasons being usually one of them, and that is out of our control.
If the contents of the parcel are suspicious to customs officers (for example, many identical goods), it may be further checked. Also customs run routine random checks of the parcels for various reasons. Communicate with them and provide the documents they ask you for, if needed.
